Perk Central:

Eligibility: To be eligible for dividend rates higher than 0.05%, you must qualify for and have an open checking/payment account and meet the qualifying direct deposit requirements. If the minimum direct deposit requirement is not met during a dividend period, the account will earn the Regular Savings Account APY disclosed on the current rate sheet for that dividend period.

Rate Information: The dividend rate and Annual Percentage Yield (APY) may change at any time as determined by the Credit Union’s Board of Directors. Dividends will be paid to the Perk Central account at the disclosed rate, and APY provided. Balances from $0.00 through $100,000 will earn the stated dividend rate and APY. Any portion of the balance exceeding $100,000 will earn the Regular Savings Account dividend rate and APY in effect at that time. This is a tiered-rate account. For current rates, visit skyone.org/rates. A minimum cumulative monthly direct deposit of $2,500 is required to earn the maximum dividend rate on balances between $0.00 and $100,000. Direct deposit means an electronic deposit of payroll, pension, Social Security, or government benefits made through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network, Real Time Payments (RTP) network, or person-to-person (P2P) network transfers. Internal account transfers, ATM deposits, mobile deposits, and wire transfers do not qualify.

Balances from $0.00 – $100,000: 3.00% APY

Corresponding Dividend Rate: 2.96%

Balances over $100,000: 0.05% APY

Corresponding Dividend Rate: 0.05%

The APYs disclosed are accurate as of [current_date]. Rates are variable and may change after account opening. Rates are variable and may change at any time at the Credit Union’s discretion. For current rates, visit skyone.org/rates.

Minimum Balance Requirements: The minimum balance required to open a Perk Central account is $1.

Average Daily Balance Computation Method: Dividends are calculated using the average daily balance method, which applies a periodic rate to the average daily balance in the account for the period. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the account balance for each day of the period and dividing the result by the number of days in the period. The period we use is the monthly dividend period.

Dividend Period: For this account type, the dividend period is monthly. For example, if the beginning date of the first dividend period of the calendar year is January 1, the ending date of such dividend period is January 31. All other dividend periods follow this same pattern of dates. The dividend declaration date is the last day of the dividend period, and for the example above, is January 31. You will not receive the accrued dividends if you close your account before dividends are paid.

Compounding and Crediting: Dividends will be compounded monthly and credited to your account on the last day of the month.

Maximum Deposits Allowed: While there is no maximum balance limit in the Perk Central account, accounts that qualify for the maximum dividend rate will receive the rate for up to $100,000 in deposits in their Perk Central account. Deposits above $100,000 will receive the Regular Savings Account dividend rate, and APY disclosed on the current rate sheet. For example: If the account balance is $150,000 and account qualification requirements are met, the first $100,000 earns the Perk Central APY and the remaining $50,000 earns the Regular Savings Account APY.

Annual Percentage Yield (APY) and Rate Information:

Introductory APY: 4.00% APY

Corresponding Dividend Rate: 3.93%

Eligibility: The introductory offer is available to new SkyOne Federal Credit Union members and existing members without an existing Perk Central account who have a checking/payment account and meet the minimum direct deposit requirement. A minimum cumulative monthly direct deposit of $2,500 is required to earn the introductory rate. This offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time prior to account opening. Once your account is opened and qualified, the terms of this disclosure will apply for the stated promotional period.

Introductory Offer Information: The introductory offer applies to new money deposited into a new Perk Central account. “New money” means funds not currently held at SkyOne Federal Credit Union. The Perk Central account is eligible to earn higher dividend introductory rates for 5 consecutive months.

If the required minimum monthly direct deposit is not met at any time during the introductory period, the Perk Central account will earn the Regular Savings Account APY shown on the current rate sheet for that month. Current rates are available at skyone.org/rates.

If the required minimum monthly direct deposit is met again during the introductory period, the introductory rate will resume. However, the introductory period will continue to end on the original expiration date and will not be extended due to any month in which the minimum direct deposit requirement was not met.

Introductory Offer Earnings: The introductory dividend rate will be in effect for 5 consecutive months. The introductory period is limited to five months and will not be extended.

Additional Deposits and Transaction Limitations: Additional deposits of new money may be made at any time. Internal transfers from existing SkyOne accounts do not qualify as new money and will be returned to the original share during the introductory period.

Average Daily Balance Computation Method: Dividends are calculated using the average daily balance method, which applies a periodic rate to the average daily balance in the account for the period. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the balance in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period. The period we use is the monthly dividend period.

Compounding and Crediting: Dividends will be compounded and credited monthly.

Introductory Term:
  • The five-month introductory period begins the month the Perk Central share is opened. The promotional period begins on the date the account is opened and expires at the end of the fifth calendar month following account opening. Any partial opening month counts as the first month of the promotional period.
  • During the introductory period, there is no maximum balance limit for funds earning the introductory APY. After the introductory period, balances above $100,000 will earn the applicable standard tiered APY.
After the introductory period, dividends will be paid at the then-current tiered rates.

Limitations: Limit one introductory offer per member.

Round-Up:

Round Up will be available with all payment/checking accounts. You may opt in or opt out of Round Up at anytime, including at the time of opening a new membership with a payment/checking account.

When you enroll in our Round Up program, we round up the amount of any debit card purchase by you or a joint owner of your payment/checking account to the next whole dollar amount. We then transfer the excess amount of the purchase from your payment/checking account to your Perk Central savings account. If you do not have a Perk Central account, round-ups will be transferred to your Primary Savings account.

The sum of all round-ups from debit card purchases will be transferred at the end of the day to the Perk Central or Primary Savings account. If there is more than one payment/checking account share on the account with debit card purchases, one transfer will occur from each checking account share to the Perk Central or Primary Savings account. If you do not have sufficient funds to transfer the sum of all Round Up amounts, no transfer will occur. Only the actual debit amount will be posted. If a purchase made with your debit card is reversed or returned, only
the original debit amount will be refunded. You will not see a reversal of the Round Up amount.

To qualify for Round Up, you must be eligible for a payment/checking account and debit card. We may cancel or modify the Round Up program at any time without prior notice. Round Up is not available for business debit cards. You may opt out of the Round Up program at any time by contacting us at 800.421.7111, live chatting with us at www.skyone.org, or emailing us at memberservices@skyone.org.
