Need help setting up your payment?
If you have not set up Autopay on your loan, you can manage your payments at SkyOne.org. Transfer from an external financial institution to make your loan payment automatically.
Log in to online banking, go to Transfers and then External Transfers, add external financial institution from the account which you would like make your loan payment automatically. Please allow 2-3 business days for payments to process.
Frequently Asked Questions
Payoff from Previous Lender - Please allow sufficient time for your loan payoff to be processed by your previous lender. Processing times may vary depending on the lender and the timing of the payoff payment. To avoid any late payment fees, penalties, negative credit reporting, or other account issues, we recommend that you continue making your regularly scheduled payments to your previous lender until you receive confirmation that the loan has been paid in full and the account has been closed.

Direct Deposit Management
Set up direct deposit and make easy online payments.
Set up automatic payments to your auto loan by adding your SkyOne account to your direct deposit or payroll deduction. To set up direct deposit, please provide the following information to your HR department.

Insurance Coverage Requirement
To protect your vehicle and comply with your loan agreement, please ensure you maintain comprehensive and collision insurance coverage with deductibles not exceeding $1,000 for each coverage.
What You Need to Do
Contact your insurance provider and ask them to add SkyOne Federal Credit Union as the lienholder on your policy:

Important: Insurance ID cards are not accepted as proof of insurance. A declarations page is required.
If Proof of Insurance Is Not Provided
If we do not receive acceptable proof of insurance, SkyOne may obtain insurance coverage on your behalf and add the cost to your loan. This coverage, known as force-placed insurance, may be more expensive and may provide less coverage than a policy you obtain on your own.
