Your Credit Card Transition to Elan Financial Services is Complete!

Dear Valued Member,

We are pleased to inform you that your credit card account transition to Elan Financial Services® is now complete! You can access your updated credit card information through your online banking and mobile app. Remember to update any automatic payments linked to your previous credit card account number with your new card information.

Q. Why is my account changing?
A. Your account’s credit card issuer has been changed to Elan Financial Services®. Benefits include exceptional value, superior service, online access, a mobile app, and reliable fraud protection.

Q. When can I start using my new credit card?
A. You should already have your new card. Activate it by calling 1-800-553-7650 or through online/mobile banking.

Q. Will my credit limit change?
A. No, your credit limit remains the same. Check your card mailer for details.

Q. How do I request a PIN?
A. Request a PIN by contacting Cardmember Service at 1-800-558-3424.

Q. Will my payment date change?
A. Your payment due date may change. Contact Cardmember Service after receiving your first statement to request a new payment date.

Q. What should I do if I have not received my new card?
A. Contact Cardmember Service at 1-800-558-3424 if you have not received your new card within 7-10 business days of the mailing date.

Q. Why does my current card no longer work?
A. Your current card stopped working on July 31, 2024. Please activate and use your new Elan/SkyOne credit card.

Q. What will happen to my current balance?
A. Your current balance will transfer to the Elan site on Monday, August 5, 2024; until then, balances are showing as zero. Existing balances will retain their current APR.

Q. Do I need to update my account number for recurring payments?
A. Yes, update your account number for any stored payment methods and recurring payments.

Q. Will Auto Pay continue?
A. No, you need to set up Auto Pay again with your new account details. Log in to online banking or the mobile app, and select the new card in the account summary to set up single or automatic payments. You may also visit myaccountaccess.com to set up single or automatic payments.

Q. How can I see my new credit card information?
A. Log into online banking and click on your new credit card account to view details. You may need to update your mobile app to version 5.12.4.

Q. Will I be able to continue making branch payments?
A. Yes, branch payments can continue beginning August 5, 2024.

Q. Will I be able to continue making online payments?
A. Yes, you can make payments and manage your account online or via mobile banking.

Q. Is there an annual fee with my new credit card?
A. No, your new credit card has no annual fee.

Q. Will my rewards program change?
A. Yes, you will be automatically enrolled in a new Rewards program with great benefits.

Q. What will happen to my current rewards balance?
A. Your previous rewards balance will transfer to your new account and be available by August 9, 2024.

Q. When can I redeem my reward points?
A. You can redeem points starting August 9, 2024. Visit myaccountaccess.com or call 1-888-229-8864.
