What You Need to Know:
- Transition Date: August 1, 2024
- New Account Information: Your new credit card details will be available in your online banking and mobile app on August 1, 2024.
- Temporary Display of Old Account: For your convenience, your old credit card information will remain visible for 30 days after the transition.
Important Dates:
- Old Card Usage: You can continue to use your old credit card until July 31, 2024.
- New Card Arrival: You should receive your new Elan credit card between now and August 1, 2024. You may activate and use this card immediately. Please keep an eye on your mail for this important delivery.
- Rewards: Your available reward points will be transferred by August 9, 2024.
