July marks a monumental occasion for us at SkyOne Federal Credit Union. On this day, 75 years ago, eight visionary charter members came together to establish the CAA Region 6 Federal Credit Union. Their goal was to serve the dedicated Civil Aeronautics Administration employees and their families in the Western United States. Little did they know, their humble beginnings would set the stage for a remarkable journey that continues to this day.
Today, we are thrilled to celebrate not just our 75th anniversary, but also two other significant milestones: surpassing $1 billion in assets and welcoming our 60,000th member! These achievements reflect the strength and unity of our SkyOne community, and we couldn’t have reached them without you—our VIM (Very Important Member).
Your loyalty and trust have been the secret sauce to our success, adding a special flavor to everything we do. As we raise our glasses to these incredible milestones, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each of you for being an integral part of our journey.
