  • March 13, 2020

Update: 4:00 pm PDT

We’re here for you during these challenging times.

Just like you, we have been following the latest news about the Coronavirus (COVID-19). In these cautious times, we want to let you know that we’re here for you and the communities we serve.

To ensure the health and safety of our members and employees we are taking extra precautions by following recommendations from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and other experts such as:

  • Asking employees to stay home if sick
  • Sending employees home if they come to work sick
  • Reminding all employees to thoroughly wash hands with warm/hot water and soap for at least 20 seconds frequently
  • Provided access to alcohol-based hand sanitizer in high traffic areas
  • Continuously clean and disinfect surfaces that are commonly touched by others

Our main branch, headquarters and Call Center are open and staffed with the friendly faces and voices to which you are accustomed. In addition, we want to reassure you that you have access to your account anywhere, anytime with the iSky Mobile® App and skyone.org.
